Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Inspection Reports: Create detailed and accurate reports of inspections conducted across all stages of production, ensuring that all findings and recommendations are clearly documented.
- Ensure Compliance: Verify that all company standards, specifications, and federal and state laws are met, and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
- Perform Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and Maintain Test Data: Collect, analyze, and maintain test data for review, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Evaluate Data and Draft Reports: Analyze inspection data and draft comprehensive reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify Areas for Quality Control Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate production processes, identifying areas for quality control improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: A degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in any combination of the following areas: field inspection experience, construction experience relevant to the type of work and the scope of the project, and/or previous experience as a QC professional.
- Certifications:
- ACI Grade 1 Concrete Technician Certification
- ACI Post Installed Anchor Inspector Certification
- NETTCP Concrete Inspector Certification
- NETTCP Paving Inspector Certification
- NETTCP Soils and Aggregate Inspector Certification
- OSHA 10
