Quality Assurance Manager

Bachmann Chemical and Engineering, a leading innovator in light-curable adhesives and curing equipment, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Torrington, Connecticut.
About the RoleWe are looking for a result-driven, innovative, and self-motivated individual to drive our Customer Compliance and Audit programs, ensuring Dymax implements customer quality requirements and delivers consistent communication of quality escapes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the Dymax Customer Quality Program, analyzing data to develop solutions that bring resolution to customer concerns.
- Foster a proactive, innovative, customer-advocating Customer Quality Team, exercising strong leadership and judgment skills to acquire, develop, train, coach, cultivate, and manage talented personnel.
- Adopt and leverage Quality Tools to ensure resolution of customer concerns, resolving issues, managing case management and nonconformances using Pareto, 5-Why, Fishbone, and 8D methodologies.
- Prepare and manage Customer Quality compliance and audit programs, responding to customer surveys/questionnaires, coordinating PPAP requirements and on-site/remote customer audits.
- Lead and manage Customer Quality improvement initiatives, developing corporate quality systems and workflows within the eQMS platform.
