ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to K-12 students throughout California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive virtual speech and language assessments for K-12 students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide virtual speech therapy sessions and interventions tailored to each student's needs.
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Manage a full caseload of virtual services, ensuring timely progress reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • California teaching certification and all required credentials.
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred.
  • Familiarity with online therapy platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.

Position Details:

  • 100% remote, full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year.
  • Competitive pay range: $57-$62 per hour.
  • Availability during standard school hours is required.
  • Potential for contract renewal based on performance and district needs.
