  • Prepare and Produce Deli Products: Work independently to prepare, fry, package, display, and stock deli products, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Package and Label Deli Products: Package and label deli products according to our program plans, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Merchandise Deli Products: Merchandise deli products in a visually appealing way, following our flight plans and merchandising expectations.
  • Stock Backroom: Stock the backroom with deli products, rotating and dating cases and buckets to ensure freshness and organization.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work as a team with other departments and stores to achieve growth and success in our Family Fare retail stores.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate tasks, recipes, weights, and measures, as well as cleaning steps completed, to other associates.
  • Follow Safety and Food Safety Guidelines: Follow all PPE and safety guidelines, as well as food safety and cleaning expectations, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, following our guest experience guidelines, to ensure customers have a positive experience in our stores.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous Retail Experience: One year of retail or related experience is preferred.
  • Basic Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions and procedures.
