Job Title: Starbucks Barista

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products, adhering to Meijer's quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Meijer's safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and sales goals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and sales goals.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
