Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at Kindred Living Of Kenosha LLC.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to a positive and supportive community environment.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal hygiene, treatments, and other needs of residents.
  • Administer medication as prescribed by medical staff.
  • Provide activities, daily exercises, and other engaging experiences throughout the day.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
  • Assist with resident laundry and housekeeping tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
