We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team at Brookdale Kenosha, a 60-bed memory care facility.

About Us:

Brookdale Kenosha is part of the Brookdale Senior Living community, providing exceptional senior care services. Our goal is to create a warm and supportive environment for our residents, allowing them to live their best lives.

Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $13.84 and $17.30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
  • Help residents with household chores, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and doing dishes.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
  • Treat each resident with respect and dignity, adhering to state regulations and completing any required training or certification.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess good communication skills, be dependable, and enjoy working with the elderly population. CBRF (Certified Background Records Facility) preference is given.

Work Schedule:

This is a Part-Time position, Second shift, 2:00PM-10:00PM, with shift differentials and weekend pay available.
