  • Collaborate with the Director of Accounting to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including explaining complex financial concepts and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma required, with some college hours or an associate's degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in claims and recoupment processing, accounts payable, and/or general accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge of claim processing procedures and guidelines, as well as medical benefits and medical terminology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
