Job Overview

At 180 Snacks Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team. As an Administrative Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Process sales orders, job transactions, and receive purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Invoice shipments, send invoices, monitor the AR email inbox, apply cash receipts, and troubleshoot AR issues.
  • Accounts Payable (AP): Invoice purchase orders, monitor the AP email inbox, troubleshoot AP issues, and submit credit applications.
  • Accrual Tracking: Present monthly over/underspend meetings, input accruals for new sales orders, and track existing accruals.
  • Cashflow/Disbursements: Create weekly cashflow forecasts, create electronic fund transfers, request manual checks, and process consumer refund checks.
  • Payroll: Submit weekly temporary payroll, create and invoice temporary invoices, troubleshoot temporary payroll hours, and input payroll data into reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree required.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in email, file management, task management, spreadsheet software (pivot tables, airtable, filtering, and rules), and payroll portals.
  • Communication: Comfortable with phone calls and able to set and complete deadlines.
