Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software applications on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Object-Oriented design principles and various Salesforce technologies such as Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Document processes and maintain standardization while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
  • At least 2 years of experience throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Components, particularly in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Partner Relationship Management and business process optimization.
  • Expertise in designing and configuring custom objects, fields, validation rules, and reports.
  • Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming languages such as C# or Java.
  • Experience in workflow and approval administration, including data management using Data Loader.
  • Ability to design applications/components with integration capabilities.
  • Experience in creating technical design documentation and leading project implementations.
  • Proven track record of providing effective solutions to business requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience. As part of the total compensation package, you may be eligible for performance bonuses and stock grants. Detailed compensation information will be provided during the hiring process.
