We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead a small team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve results.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, with experience using Salesforce a plus.
Licensing and Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
