We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our 21st CCLC programs at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the delivery of developmentally appropriate instructional programs, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local mandates.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Management: Develop, plan, and implement instructional programs that meet 21st CCLC outcomes, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Resource Development: Leverage existing resources, build strategic partnerships, and cultivate relationships with local organizations to improve program quality and visibility.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, interview, select, and recommend staff, provide instructional leadership, and develop a comprehensive staff development plan.
- Family Engagement: Coordinate and oversee delivery of family programs, promote family engagement, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Reporting and Compliance: Compile documentation for evidence of delivery, prepare grant reports, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local mandates.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years teaching, grant, youth development, or administrative experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, ability to supervise and motivate staff, and knowledge of K-12 public education.
