Job Title: Associate Diligence Director

This role is responsible for the simultaneous management of multiple ASC and Surgical Hospital transactions of varying size and complexity. The Associate Diligence Director will assign, oversee, and review the work of junior members on the Diligence team to ensure completion of all diligence-related analyses and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Integration teams to ensure a seamless transition between phases.
  • Partner with Development and Operational leaders to ensure timely transaction approvals and closures.
  • Perform required work in a self-directed manner, setting all timelines and due dates.
  • Balance directing and assisting others without negatively impacting their own project deadlines.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand processes, gather feedback, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in diligence, project management, and healthcare.
  • Strong leadership skills, including conflict resolution.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting complex projects and interfacing with matrixed teams.
