Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Pain Psychologist to join our team at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). As a Pain Psychologist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex chronic pain.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake evaluations and assessments to determine appropriateness for neuromodulation
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for patients with pain
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development of innovative new clinical care models
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
  • Completion of postdoctoral training in health psychology, with a preference for an APA-accredited clinical fellowship in pain psychology
  • Licensed to practice in California
