Your consultative approach will enable you to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:
- 5+ years consultative sales experience
- Proven experience in meeting/exceeding sales quota's
- Ability to sell complex technology solutions with a consultative methodology
- Industry expertise/relationships in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources/Employment Branding or Recruitment Marketing is strongly preferred
