Position Overview:
The Beverage Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring patrons enjoy a memorable dining experience through exceptional organizational abilities, maintaining bar inventory, and providing assistance to bartenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding guest service in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the training manual.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels of all beverages, including spirits, beers, mixers, juices, and garnishes.
  • Keep all service areas well-stocked with ice.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace behind and near the bar.
  • Consistently complete daily and weekly side duties.
  • Support fellow staff members as needed.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Keep management updated on any issues or guest complaints.
  • Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
Accountabilities:
  • Engage with all guests in a friendly and professional manner, promoting the company’s high-quality offerings.
  • Act in the best interest of guests to foster repeat business and minimize complaints.
  • Comply with all barback expectations as detailed in the training manual at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in reading, understanding, and speaking English; able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable reaching overhead and bending to access items on lower shelves.
  • Willing to climb stairs and ladders as necessary.
  • Able to repetitively lift various items, including glass racks and bus buckets.
  • Skilled in working collaboratively within a team to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Capable of maintaining a fast pace in a dynamic and noisy environment.
