Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Outreach Worker to join our team at Vinfen. As a key member of our community-based services, you will provide direct case management services to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service plans to support individuals with ASD and their families.
  • Provide direct training and support to individuals with ASD in developing daily living skills, such as symptom management, medication adherence, and personal hygiene.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in individual and program records.
  • Act as an advocate for individuals with ASD and their families, ensuring their rights and needs are respected and met.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Escorts individuals with ASD into the community using public transportation or company vehicles, as needed.
  • Monitor the status of individuals with ASD and provide crisis intervention and counseling as necessary.
