Position Details

Our organization is in search of a proficient and seasoned Project Manager to oversee a variety of construction initiatives, including infrastructure and highway projects. This is a full-time role that provides a competitive salary and benefits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion
  • Create project timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and safety standards
  • Track project progress and implement necessary adjustments for timely delivery
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address inquiries
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts and permits
  • Recruit and supervise subcontractors and project personnel

  • Ensure quality assurance and risk management throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial project management, ideally within the construction sector
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
  • Experience in civil site design and utility projects
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols
