Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Content Marketing Manager to develop impactful messaging, content, and sales resources that highlight the unique capabilities and technical benefits of our in-memory computing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of data infrastructure software, distributed systems, and the challenges enterprises face in real-time data analytics.

This position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate with various teams, including Product Management, Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Executive Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of GridGain's offerings, customer success stories, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Enhance core product messaging to resonate with technical audiences, emphasizing key differentiators and relevant use cases.
  • Create diverse technical content such as whitepapers, solution briefs, case studies, blog articles, webinars, and presentations that showcase GridGain's expertise.
  • Develop sales tools that enable sales teams to effectively communicate the value of GridGain's solutions.
  • Support the technical marketing aspects of product launches, including crafting launch strategies and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Stay informed on technology trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to guide product positioning and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance GridGain's online visibility through SEO, SEM, and social media efforts.
  • Act as a technical authority for marketing initiatives, including webinars, trade shows, and industry meetups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a technical domain, ideally within enterprise software or technology sectors.
  • Proven knowledge of in-memory computing, distributed systems, database technologies, or similar data-intensive solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and persuasive language.
  • Experience in public speaking, presenting at industry events, and creating technical content.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
