Job Summary

The Senior Infusion Nurse is a critical member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. This role requires a strong foundation in oncology and infusion therapy, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed
  • Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or associate's degree in nursing with 4 years of experience
  • Current Oregon or Washington registered nurse license
  • OCN (oncology nurse) certification or other national infusion certification
  • 3 years of infusion nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of ambulatory nursing experience
