Job Summary

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for various equipment and facility maintenance needs. This role will assist in a variety of non-skilled engineering duties as events require.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for event maintenance needs such as maintenance repairs, unlocking doors, and taking radio calls as needed.
  • Perform maintenance and repair of facility doors, hardware, millwork/carpentry, seats, furniture, rails, staging, fixtures, locksmith, painting, and associated equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor time, parts used, work accomplished through daily logs, maintenance software, and allocation sheets.
  • Perform a variety of corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate work issues with Maintenance and Operations staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of basic general maintenance experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have availability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Must be accurate and efficient with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working with all levels of the organization both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work various hours for events and event needs.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds.
