Industrial Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist to support our operations at Rosco Manufacturing LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety within our facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
  • Replace faulty components and parts as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and equipment reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Proficient with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including noise and temperature variations.
