Job Title: Executive Protection Specialist

Gavin de Becker & Associates (GDBA) is a leading provider of executive protection and security services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Protection Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Protection Specialist will be responsible for providing high-level protection and security services to our clients, including dignitaries, executives, and other high-risk individuals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in security and risk management, with experience in threat assessment, surveillance, and counter-surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough threat assessments and risk analyses to identify potential security threats to clients
  • Develop and implement effective security plans and protocols to mitigate identified threats
  • Provide high-level protection and security services to clients, including escorting, surveillance, and counter-surveillance
  • Collaborate with other security professionals to ensure seamless and effective security operations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security and risk management, with a focus on executive protection and security services
  • Strong background in threat assessment, surveillance, and counter-surveillance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
