Burlington Capital Properties is in search of a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to oversee the upkeep of our residential community. We seek an individual who takes pride in their craftsmanship, delivers exceptional service, and embraces collaboration.

This full-time role requires availability during standard business hours, with an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs on both the interior and exterior of the property
  • Coordinate with supervisors regarding service requests
  • Evaluate the work performed by external contractors
  • Maintain the grounds to enhance visual appeal
  • Track maintenance expenditures
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Inspect communal areas for optimal functionality
  • Organize and maintain the maintenance workshop
  • Engage in community events with residents

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance
  • Trade school education or an associate's degree is advantageous
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Basic maintenance tools required
  • Capability to lift heavy items
