Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Toyota Manufacturing. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations and maintenance for Plant utility and building systems, including power, chilled water, compressed air, HVAC, dust collection equipment, and Tank Farm & Pumps.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including PLCs, computers, and mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Industrial and/or Facilities Maintenance or related Military experience.
  • Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Available to work any shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and Maximo/CMMS.
  • Technical skills and knowledge in areas such as PLCs, computers, and mechanical systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems, or Industrial Automation.
  • Experience or certifications in HVAC, Low & Medium voltage power, or Chemical systems.
  • Experience or certifications in Reliability Centered Maintenance and/or Condition Based Monitoring techniques.
  • Knowledge of battery, cell/module, or similar experience in a highly automated production environment.
  • Experience within industrial processing, including PLC programming, controls, IoT data collection/storage/analysis, mechanical precision, vision system, robot maintenance, etc.
