Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough estimating and quantity take-offs.
  • Preparing and managing comprehensive bid packages.
  • Overseeing subcontractor and bid procurement processes.
  • Managing Requests for Information (RFI) during the bidding phase.
  • Implementing cost control measures and scheduling.
  • Fostering strong relationships with subcontractors.
  • Maintaining a high standard of quality in bid analysis.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in construction estimating.
  • Experience in self-performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
  • Familiarity with On-Screen Takeoff or similar software.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
