We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced treatment center director to lead our clinical operations team at BayMark Health Services. About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in managing clinic operations, supervising staff, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, as well as a strong understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including management of staff, resources, and budgets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve patient outcomes, and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Supervise and manage staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, and terminating personnel as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and events, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Multiple years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or substance abuse treatment industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing clinic operations, supervising staff, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of clinic operations, substance abuse treatment, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, generate ideas, and execute plans to drive business growth and improvement.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
