About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures, collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures, including preparing journal entries, reviewing general ledger accounts, and ensuring proper documentation and adherence to deadlines.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing accurate and reliable data for analysis and decision-making purposes.
  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts, including recording transactions, reviewing entries for accuracy, and resolving any discrepancies in inventory or otherwise.
  • Complete bank and account reconciliations as needed with the assistance of the associate accountant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting, with a focus on inventory reconciliations and month-end close procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and Excel.
