About the Position:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer/Designer to enhance our engineering team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create civil site designs and plans for various projects utilizing Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
  • Formulate and execute stormwater management strategies, ensuring adherence to local and national standards.
  • Work in conjunction with project managers, architects, and fellow engineers to achieve project goals.
  • Perform site inspections and surveys, compiling comprehensive reports on observations.
  • Evaluate data, maps, reports, and other resources to strategize and design projects.
  • Employ computer-assisted engineering software and tools to execute engineering tasks.
  • Offer technical guidance to the project team regarding design, construction, or modifications.
  • Assess quantities and costs of materials, equipment, or labor to evaluate project viability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in stormwater management and site design.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD is essential.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or the potential to obtain one is advantageous.
