Position Overview
As a Lead Civil Engineering Specialist on our Data Center Civil Team, you will engage in some of the firm's most significant and intricate projects. Your role will encompass both project management and leading design engineering efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive planning and design documentation.
- Conduct design calculations and establish team and client standards.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Act as a consultant on complex projects.
- Collaborate with various Olsson teams, technical staff, clients, and external consultants.
- Travel to project sites for oversight and attend client meetings.

What You Bring
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
- Registration as a professional engineer.
