Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Information Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and staff. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, providing information, and performing tasks in support of our PPAS teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service to patients, families, and staff.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform tasks in support of our PPAS teams, including data entry and other administrative duties.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on healthcare information and customer service best practices.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Healthcare knowledge and terminology preferred.
