Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Hannaford, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Your role will involve assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals.

Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with their shopping needs, answering questions and providing product information.
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and meet customer expectations.

Requirements
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with others, building strong relationships and a positive team dynamic.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other tasks as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
