  • Supervise the installation of equipment at our facilities, including site acceptance testing, process development, and validation, while actively engaging in hands-on troubleshooting during setup.
  • Develop operational procedures and maintenance guidelines for technicians to ensure effective equipment operation and upkeep.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through project updates and reporting.
  • Travel as necessary to support vendor and client engagements, as well as other company facilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, focusing on yield improvement, throughput optimization, and cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate and lead engineering initiatives to ensure projects meet customer and operational requirements.
  • Promote and support safety, environmental, and ergonomic practices within the facility and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in automation, or a combination of relevant education and 3+ years of automation experience.
  • Proven experience utilizing CAD software to assess tooling, equipment, and component designs against specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the medical manufacturing sector.
  • Strong technical skills in automation troubleshooting, tooling, materials, manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and product design.
  • Familiarity with estimating design, tooling, equipment, and component costs.
At Koch Industries, we embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging innovation and rewarding individual contributions.
