About the Role

Phillips-Medisize, a leading provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to support the production of injection molded parts and assembly in our Little Rock, AR facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain injection molding presses, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control rate pad printers, assembly machines, and other production line equipment.
  • Perform visual, in-process, and final inspections of parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Trim and package parts according to customer specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and technicians to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
