Relationship Banker I

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at Simmons Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert financial solutions to meet their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
• Financial Solutions: Provide expert financial solutions to clients, including assessing their financial needs and offering solutions through bank products and services.
• Client Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and branch goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One year of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Registration: Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required.
