Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, the Equipment Operations Specialist is responsible for the seamless and continuous functioning of machinery and equipment. This role encompasses machine setup, repair, maintenance, and ongoing operational oversight.

Individuals in this position play a vital role within the production team, adeptly troubleshooting and resolving unexpected challenges as they arise.

They serve as the first line of defense, offering valuable insights and expertise to help mitigate future issues.


Key Responsibilities:
- Grasping customer requirements and their standards for quality parts.

- Ensuring that production output meets the highest quality standards and training others to consistently maintain this level of quality.

- Advancing through the competency model program to continually enhance expertise and knowledge.

- Collaborating with inspectors/packers to assess part quality and making necessary machine adjustments.

- Contributing to the success of the broader team, including stepping in for other roles as needed.

- Completing accurate production documentation promptly.
- Adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMP) to ensure safety for team members and products.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Crew Leader.

Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
- Mechanical aptitude.

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting of 15-25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; lifting over 50 lbs requires teamwork.
- Repetitive tasks involving upper extremities.
- Prolonged standing on concrete surfaces.
- Ability to properly wear and use personal protective equipment as required.
- Frequent climbing of steps and/or ladders while working on elevated platforms.
- Exposure to high temperatures.
