Job Description

Overview

The Wellness Experience Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the wellness team at Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences. This includes ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the wellness attendants, ensuring that they are fulfilling their job requirements and adhering to company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas, including changing rooms, toilets, showers, heat experiences, relaxation areas, and fitness rooms.
  • Ensure that all areas are stocked with clean linen and amenities, and that soiled linens are removed and replaced as needed.
  • Guide guests to hydrotherapy experiences and relaxation areas, and ensure that wellness attendants are knowledgeable about facility usage.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of guest amenities and cleaning supplies, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Attend departmental meetings and conduct weekly staff meetings to motivate and address staff needs.
  • Instruct wellness attendants on proper setup and breakdown of fitness classes, and assist with this process as needed.
  • Ensure that all wellness attendants are informed about proper usage of fitness equipment and their functions.
  • Report any equipment damage or malfunctions to management immediately.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1 year of experience in housekeeping, spa, or a related field preferred.
