Child Life Fellowship Opportunity

**Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Child Life team as a Fellow. This 12-month grant-funded position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to gain advanced knowledge and skills in the field of Child Life.

**Responsibilities**

* Work closely with the Child Life Director to develop and implement therapeutic programming and supportive services for hospitalized children
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients and families
* Develop and maintain knowledge of child growth and development, family systems, and Child Life theory
* Apply theoretical knowledge to practice through implementation of evidence-based interventions

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Child Life, Child Development, or a related field
* Master's degree in Child Life, Child Development, or a related field preferred
* Completed 600-hour Child Life Internship preferred
* Eligibility to sit for the ACLP national certification exam and successfully pass the exam within one year of hire
