- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida.
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing in a course of training for Licensed Practical Nurses.
- One year of experience in hospice, med-surg, or other acute care area.
- Valid driving license and good driving record.
- Professionalism in interpersonal communication skills.
