Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Bear Canyon Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with diverse medical needs while collaborating with other disciplines to develop effective care plans.
Responsibilities
- Nursing Assessments: Perform thorough nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Leadership: Supervise nursing staff and delegate patient care responsibilities to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communication: Effectively communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification: CPR certification is required.
