Customer Service Advocate

The role of a Customer Service Advocate at Overhead Door is to provide top-notch support to our customers and internal teams. This position is based in the Texas Access Controls Houston, TX location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the service and installation departments in achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Fielding calls and directing them to the appropriate department with professionalism.
- Processing incoming and outgoing parts efficiently.
- Data entry into computer systems following format displayed on screen.
- Error detection and correction by comparing data entered with source documents.
- Purchasing orders processing and residential install/service order taking.
- Providing backup support for office staff as needed.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Mandatory mathematical, reasoning, and language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (estimated). The salary range is based on industry standards and may vary depending on factors like location and qualifications.
