Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher from an ABET accredited institution in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical preferred) or a degree in Environmental Science, Physical Science, Geology, or Biological Sciences.
  • Must be a United States Citizen.
  • Ability to obtain a secret government security clearance.
  • 3-5 years of relevant environmental experience.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Program Management: Act as the technical expert in various environmental programs, ensuring compliance with relevant environmental laws and regulations.
  • Permit Management: Oversee the development and compliance of environmental permits, including application submissions and monitoring reports.
  • Policy Implementation: Plan and manage environmental policies to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Inspection Coordination: Maintain oversight of compliance status and coordinate inspections to address any discrepancies.
  • Environmental Oversight: Provide daily environmental compliance support and expertise.
  • Documentation Review: Participate in the review of environmental planning documents and contractor submissions for compliance.
  • Project Interpretation: Analyze regulatory requirements to propose necessary projects for compliance and conservation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
