We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transportation Engineer to join our Roadway and Bridge team at Olsson. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support, lead complex projects, and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical design and quality assurance/quality control for the team
  • Manage projects, including proactive monitoring of project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Review contracts and promote efficiencies in producing quality work
  • Supervise team members and emphasize their professional and technical skill development
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to contribute to a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in highway or municipal design
  • Project management experience, including scope, schedule, and budget control
  • Must be a registered professional engineer
  • Connectivity with local municipalities in Denton County and/or Collin County strongly preferred
