Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and processing prescriptions
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and organized pharmacy environment
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on pharmacy policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly wage range of $18.00-$28.00
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances
