Key Responsibilities:

* Provide mental health assessment and triage services for members
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with treating primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Provide education and support to members and their families
* Participate in departmental program development and evaluation

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field
* Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) registration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of DSM-V and evidence-based practice
* Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous clinical experience in mental health services
* Spanish language proficiency
