Job Title: Account Development Manager

Alogent, a leading provider of deposit automation solutions, is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on account development and relationship management.

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission

This is a quota-carrying sales position that requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on item processing solutions and payments
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on account development and relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
