Lead Nurse Practitioner
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Hamilton Health Care System. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nursing assistants.
Job Responsibilities:- Directs nursing care for patients and supervises nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing centers.
- Coordinates care planning and MDS processes, and participates in committee meetings as necessary.
- Assists Director of Nursing Services in follow-up on consultant recommendations and provides demonstration/education for nursing assistants.
- Certified LPN or RN license
- Experience in long-term care or similar setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
