Security Clearance Requirements:

  • The selected candidate must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) TOP SECRET personnel security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Information Technology systems for Navy/Department of Defense (DoD) clients with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Develop Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages for US Navy/DoD clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI) 1253, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Publications, and other industry best practices.
  • Utilize Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Hosted Based Security System (HBSS), Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), and other automated tools to support compliance, verification, and validation activities.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Cybersecurity or a related field is preferred.
  • Security, CISM, or CISSP certification is required.
  • Navy Qualified Validator Level 1, 2, or 3 is preferred.
