Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual to fill the role of Specimen Collection Technician in the Denver metro area. This position allows you to contribute significantly by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of medical specimens. If you are passionate about making a difference and enjoy working with people, we invite you to consider this opportunity.

This full-time role involves both in-office responsibilities and conducting remote collections within the Denver metro area during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. After completing training, there may be opportunities for after-hours collection shifts. The starting hourly wage ranges from $18 to $20, with a performance review after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect medical specimens (e.g., urine, blood, saliva, hair) from individuals in a professional and respectful manner.

- Ensure specimens are collected and stored following established protocols.

- Provide information and answer questions regarding the specimen collection process.

- Accurately document detailed information about each specimen collected, including donor details and testing requirements.

- Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all individuals and their medical information.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum age of 21 years.

- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DMV report.

- Ability to interact professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Comfort with handling medical specimens.

Experienced Collectors: We are also seeking part-time contractors for after-hours collections. This role involves conducting collections during evenings and weekends/holidays for short periods. The position offers a stipend for being on-call, plus $25/hour for collection work.

Proof of experience is required, including:

- BAT printout

- Breath alcohol test

- 10 panel rapid oral fluid test

- Oral fluid 10 panel test

- 10 panel rapid UA

- Urine 10 panel test
