Position Overview:

RPM Property Management is in search of a skilled Property Leasing Specialist to manage a diverse portfolio that includes residential units, retail spaces, and office buildings. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Asset Manager to ensure optimal performance across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the leasing process, including:

  • Generating renewal notifications
  • Facilitating move-ins and move-outs
  • Advertising and showcasing available units
  • Collaborating with the Asset Manager and Maintenance team on property readiness
  • Drafting lease agreements
  • Ensuring units are prepared for new residents
  • Conducting move-in inspections

• Manage resident communications and service requests

• Process rental payments and handle deposits

• Foster positive resident relations, including rent collection and adherence to community guidelines

• Strive to minimize vacancy periods to enhance revenue

• Support resident engagement activities

• Respond to emergency situations as needed

• Conduct property visits as required

• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; coursework in relevant fields is a plus

• At least 3 years of experience in leasing

• Familiarity with modern property management software (preferably Rent Manager)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Understanding of Colorado leasing laws and Fair Housing regulations

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• CAM certification is preferred but not mandatory
